Before filling out the Registration Form – Read these instructions carefully.

1.  Know the type of accommodation you want and their cost – the Registration Form displays the base cost of each accommodation type  as ‘Location’ and tallies the total number of people on one reservation form.

2.  Fill out your registration request and submit – REMEMBER: if you have a chosen roommate – fill in their name.

3.  After submitting your request, you will be guided how to pay with credit/debit cards via PayPal.

The Gathering needs funds to support our program; for guest travel and accommodation, to fund our Children’s Program, and help those who would otherwise not be able to attend due to financial need. 

Please consider giving a donation above your total registration fee. You will find an option to donate on the Registration Form.  Thank you for any generosity you can extend.
