Financial Assistance is available on as-needed basis

In case of financial need, a limited number of subsidized spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. In exchange for reduced fees, we ask that you help out at the Gathering. We need help with child-care, set-up, clean up, site supervision, Check-in, etc. If you are interested please complete your Registration Form right away – stating in the NOTE area of the Reservation Form – the amount you can pay toward your stay and how you would like to help. We will contact you by email or by phone.
