Registration for SEG 2024 is now open!
Please complete the entire Registration process, including payment, BEFORE arriving at the Gathering.
Get your room key at the Registration Desk in Lover’s Lodge.
Registration times:
Thursday the 6th from 4:00 – 6:00
Friday the 7th from 9:00 – 9:30, 1:00 – 1:30, 5:30 – 6:00
Saturday the 8th & Sunday the 18th – as needed
If you plan to arrive on Saturday email Hettie at accommodations@southeastgathering.com to make arrangements to check in and get your room assignment.

To register, go to “Registration” on the upper menu bar and then select “How to Register” on the drop down menu.
Financial Assistance is available on as-needed basis
In case of financial need, a limited number of subsidized spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. In exchange for reduced fees, we ask that you help out at the Gathering. We need help with child-care, set-up, clean up, site supervision, Check-in, etc. If you are interested please complete your Registration Form right away – stating in the NOTE area of the Reservation Form – the amount you can pay toward your stay and how you would like to help. We will contact you by email or by phone.
