Program Schedule
The Gathering Begins at 4:00, Thursday, April 4
On arrival, check in at the Registration Desk
Registration times are:
Thursday 4:00 – 6:00
Friday 9:00 – 9:30, 1:00 – 1:30, 5:30 – 6:00
Saturday – as needed, times will be posted at Registration Desk.
You will get an Auction number at registration. Don’t lose it!
The Kid’s Program, for ages 4 – 11
This program is based in the “Bazaar Room” and runs Friday and Saturday.
Sessions are from 9:00 – 12:00 mornings, 2:00 – 5:00 afternoons.
Parents please pick up kids promptly by the end of each scheduled session!
