Gearing up for the SEG 2024, we are thrilled to introduce our enhanced Financial Assistance Program, designed to ensure that every family, especially those with little ones, can join us.
Exciting news – starting now, kids aged 12 and under are not just welcome; they’re absolutely free! We’re on a mission to infuse our gathering with the infectious laughter and boundless energy of our young attendees.
But here’s where you come in – join us on our mission! We’re committed to bringing more families together, fostering shared moments and connections. However, we can’t do it alone; your support is the key to making this vision a reality.
When you register for the Southeast Gathering, we invite you to take a moment to include a donation to our financial assistance program. Your contribution, no matter the size, ensures that every family wishing to attend can join us at the Southeast Gathering.
Your presence, your family, and your support are the heartbeat of the Southeast Gathering. Thank you for being a vital part of our Baba family.
In addition to your donations, the Gathering will be diverting all proceeds from the Bazaar and from our new Silent Auction event to help fund this program.

As always, the Southeast Gathering will continue to offer financial assistance to make it possible for all, young or old, to attend the Gathering. Anyone who needs support is welcome to submit a request using the “Notes” option on the registration form.
Note: We do ask that adults receiving financial assistance, who are able-bodied, be willing to help at the Gathering with a volunteer on-site task.
